Growth and Characteristics of PbS –Polymer Nanocomposites for Flexible Opto-Electronic Device Applications

Abstract

PbS- polymer nanocomposites has been grown by a chemical process. The enhancement of band gap is attributed to the quantum confinement effect in PbS nanocrystals. Flexible Schottky diode has been fabricated for optoelectronic device applications.
