Enhanced Performance by Incorporating PTCDI-C8 Nanoribbons into the Donor polymer in Nanostructured Zinc Oxide based Inverted Solar Cell

Abstract

In our present work we have incorporated PTCDI-C8 nanoribbons into the bulk donor polymer in nanostructured zinc oxide based hybrid inverted solar cell which resulted in a 100% increment in the device efficiency.
