Laser Assisted Single Step Method to Synthesize Ag Nanoparticles on Chalcogenide Surface

Abstract

In this paper, we report a facile single-step noncontact in-situ optical technique to grow Ag nanoparticles (ANP) on amorphous chalcogenide surface. Importantly, our study provides new insights on nanoparticle growth in bilayer Ag/Se thin film.
