Abstract

Spatial coherence of partially-correlated light passing through birefringent wedge depolarizer is measured using Stokes polarimetry. The degrees of polarization, correlation and coherence due to interference between orthogonally polarized beam-fields vary significantly as the wavefronts shear across.
