Band gap tuning in Zn1-xAlxO (0≤x≤0.10) thin films deposited via PLD

Abstract

The tunable optical band gap in the Zn1-xAlxO thin films fabricated via Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) technique is reported.. A blue shift in the optical band gap in the thin films was observed with increase in x.
