Fluorescence Emission Spectroscopic Characterization of Urine of Normal Subjects and Breast Cancer Patients

Abstract

Urine of normal subjects and breast cancer patients were characterised using fluorescence emission Spectroscopy. Principal component based linear discriminant analysis was employed and overall accuracy is higher at 280 nm excitation followed by 450 and 405 nm.
