Abstract

Pulse propagation in dissipative cubic-quintic nonlinearmediais investigatedunder the combined effect of gain dispersion, two and three-photon absorption.Both two-photon absorption and gain dispersion cause pulse decay. Three-photon absorptioncreates oscillation amplitudepulse.
