Optical Properties of Square-Lattice Microstructured Optical Fibers

Abstract

Modifying our earlier developed analytical field model we have studied the modal properties of index-guided microstructured optical fibers with square-lattice of air-holes in photonic crystal cladding. Comparison with available numerical simulation results has been included.
