3D Reconstruction of E.Coli Bacteria Using Synthetic Aperture Digital Holographic Microscopy

Abstract

we demonstrate a digital holographic microscope with a synthetic aperture for improvement in resolution. An aperture was synthesized by moving the camera at 9 different positions. Experiment results of imaging E.coli are presented.
