Efficient Femtosecond Collinear Optical Parametric Amplifier for Generation of Tunable NIR radiation

Abstract

A BBO based collinear optical parametric amplifier pumped by fundamental of Ti:sapphire laser pulse of width 150fs is developed to generate tunable radiation in the range of 1150–1600nm with a conversion efficiency of 39%.
