Abstract

We aim to study the role of material absorption on supercontinuum generation in photonic crystal fiber. While PCFs with cores made from different glasses are well studied in previous works with various nonlinear effects, in this paper, it is planned to investigate the dynamics of nonlinear processes of supercontinuum generation in high-index fiber with material absorption to understand the physical phenomena of pulse propagation.
