Biosensor based on Single Mode Mach–Zehnder Interferometer Waveguide

Abstract

We report the design, development and characterization of a single mode Mach– Zehnder Interferometer (MZI) waveguide based biosensor. Biomolecules such as Sucrose, HIgG are detected using this biosensor chip and the results are reported here.
