Abstract

Temperature sensitivity of a dual-resonant LPWG formed by SU-8 (core) and NOA-61 (claddings) polymers is analyzed. Temperature sensitivity for the optimized LPWG is found to be 0.13 and 0.82 nm/°C for resonant wavelength of 468 and 1550 nm respectively, which can be used for sensing and communication applications.
