Abstract

In this paper we first describe the fabrication of Microlens arrays using UV lithography followed by thermal reflow method. We then describe the steps involved in replication of Microlens arrays which is a crucial step in the mass production. Finally we characterize the fabricated Microlens arrays using Digital Holography.
