Whole body imaging of internal biological sources of light

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

The study of molecular and cellular processes in the body can be facilitated by incorporation of weak bioluminescent sources of light in to cells. External detection of these signals requires sensitive low light imaging systems that are well suited for imaging of small laboratory animals.
