High-resolution imaging of coronary atherosclerosis by optical coherence tomography

Abstract

We describe a recent intracoronary optical coherence tomography study conducted in a cohort of 80 patients. Our results demonstrate that optical coherence tomography holds great potential for identifying high-risk coronary plaques.
