Realization of Flexible Ultraviolet Organic Light-Emitting Diodes: Design Considerations

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

Flexible ultraviolet organic light-emitting diodes are realized by applying top emission structure and thin silver top electrode. Flexible devices exhibit a peak wavelength at ca. 377nm and radiant current efficiency over 20mW/sr/A.
