Nanostructured Surfaces for Enhancing Light Harvesting in Photovoltaic Devices

Abstract

Nanostructured surfaces have been used for suppressing light reflection. These nanostructures and surfaces were prepared based on self-assembly process and were used in Si solar cells and novel photovoltaics.
