Abstract

Cu2ZnSnS4 nanoparticles were synthesized by facile solution method and effects of metal precursors to the compositional and structural properties of Cu2ZnSnS4 nanoparticles were studied. Variational phase were produced by adjusting the proportion of each metal precursor. Based on the whole experiment, energy dispersive analysis (EDS) were used to analyze the constituents of products. Raman spectra and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to estimate the phase purities of products. The optical and electrical properties of Cu2ZnSnS4 nanoparticles were also studied, which were helpful to the development of Cu2ZnSnS4 thin film solar cells.
