Silicon Photonic Switches and Devices for Scalable Systems

Abstract

High-radix silicon photonics switches comprising 1000’s of elements were implemented. All necessary technologies to reduce loss and assembly cost are demonstrated and compatible. For production, one foundry must provide 100% of the required process modules.
