Abstract
The hybrid optoelectronic router (HOPR) can efficiently allow the realizing of a highly-scalable, energy-efficient, and flexible DC network. We present the recent developments on the 100-Gb/s underlying technologies that enable HOPR’s necessary functions i.e., label processing, optical switching, and packet buffering.
