Integrated Space and Wavelength Switches

Abstract

The simultaneous use of space-domain and wavelength-domain is studied within one integrated photonic packet-switch fabric to explore monolithic switch scalability and connectivity. Circuit performance is studied in terms of fast reconfigurability for multiple wavelength multiplexes.
