Fast Bandwidth-Variable Path Restoration Method for Optical Layer-2 Switch Network

Abstract

We propose a fast restoration method for bandwidth-variable paths against single link failure in large-scale networks. This method achieves 50-ms service recovery time in 10K-path-scale ring networks while suppressing required network resources.
