Spatiotemporal Near-field Control in Nanostructures

Abstract

The high sensitivity and lateral resolution of a photoemission electron microscope is used to verify a scheme for a simultaneous spatial and temporal control of nanooptical fields by means of femtosecond polarization shaped laser pulses.
