Self–imaging Effect In Plasmonic Multimode Waveguides

Abstract

Numerical studies of the self–imaging phenomenon (“Talbot–effect”) as an example of multimode propagation in plasmonic waveguides were performed. For a suitable choice of the parameters the field remains finite after several Talbot lengths.
