Combination Optimization of PLS Regression and SG Smoothing in NIR Analysis of Hemoglobin

Abstract

The combination optimization method of partial least squares regression combined with Savitzky-Golay smoothing was proposed, and successfully applied to near-infrared spectroscopic analysis of hemoglobin in the human peripheral blood samples.
