Graphene Oxide Nanoprobe for Rapid DNA Detection

Abstract

Here we have developed a graphene oxide based approach for rapid and sensitive detection of DNA. The biosensor displays a sigmoidal response to DNA ranging from 5nM to 1000nM. And the total analysis time is less than 20min.
