Optical clearing agent for enhanced imaging dorsal blood vessels in nude mice

Abstract

Optical clearing agent (OCA) has been successfully used for improving optical imaging of dorsal blood vessel in mouse. In this study, the application of OCA for imaging dorsal blood vessel in nude mice was achieved.
