In Situ Imaging Of Mitochondria In Living Zebrafish Embryos

Abstract

Our group design and synthesize a highly selective and cell-permeable fluorescent probe, which is target to the mitochondrion. Furthermore, we use the probe to get the imaging of mitochondria in living embryo cells of zebrafish.
