Abstract

Photoacoustic tomography (PAT) with Prussian blue (PB) was applied to non-invasively monitor brain injury and recovery with stem cell therapy. Hemorrhage was clearly imaged and PB-labeled stem cells were successfully visualized by PAT in vivo.
