Diffuse Optical Monitoring of Brain and Cancer Hemodynamics

Abstract

Recent progress applying diffuse optical techniques to measure blood oxygenation, blood flow, and oxygen metabolism during neoadjuvant breast cancer treatment will be described. Similar techniques, applied to cerebral autoregulation and hemodynamics, will also be discussed.
