Highly efficient lead selenide (PbSe) colloidal quantum dot solar cells via solution phase-transfer exchange

Abstract

In this study, cation exchange and solution phase exchange are used for PbSe CQDs ink synthesis. By using the ink for intrinsic layer preparation, a champion solar cell achieved power conversion efficiency of 9.88%.
