Abstract

Sb2Se3 is a promising photovoltaic material. Recombination losses limited the device efficiency. Grain boundary inversion is used to alleviate recombination. Finally, we obtained 7.04% efficiency, which is the highest efficiency of RTE-based Sb2Se3 solar cells.
