Heterojunction Interface Engineering for >10% Efficient Earth-abundant and Environmental-friendly Pure Sulfide Kesterite Solar Cells

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Despite the promise of kesterite with high stable and abundant and non-toxicity, severe interfacial non-radiative-recombination is one of major causes limiting voltage-output. Strategies of reducing heterojunction recombination for >10% efficiency Cu2ZnSnS4 solar cells will be discussed.
