Abstract

Studies on graphene stack based novel structure and device are presented. Systematic investigation about Raman spectra of single crystal trilayer graphene with distinguished stack orientations is discussed. Photodetectors and resistive random access memory based on laser-scribed graphene are introduced. These works may inspire new electronic and optoelectronic applications which require versatile energy spectra or fast wafer-scale fabrication.
