Abstract

Bi2S3 microflowers were synthesized via a facile one-pot hydrothermal method and then the photodetectors were fabricated. The devices show photoconductive gain of 1.7 orders of magnitude. The response and decay time is estimated to be ~227 ms and 880 ms, respectively, indicating promising application for photoelectrical witches and photodetectors.
