Abstract
Recording of sequence of the microholograms with the size 1.2×1.5×10 qm on the depth 100 µm was realized in pure lithium niobate. The distance between adjacent microholograms is 2.5 µm. Recording was carried out at a simultaneous exposure to both 0.53 µm and 1.06 µm radiation. Intensity of the recording beams varied over the range 0.4÷M.2 GW/cm2 up to a threshold of the crystal laser-induced damage. The application of the method of the collinear heterodyning for readout allows to reconstruct not only amplitude, but also phase of the microhologram. This method of readout has high spatial selectivity and eliminates the influence of non addressed layers. The application of the multilevel phase data coding allows to increase the density and rate of recording. Heterodyne readout was carried out with the help of the semiconductor laser with wavelength of 0.66 μm.
