Abstract
New applications in dynamic holography raise the need to control photorefractive properties of CdTe at 1.06 as well as 1.55 µm. In this goal, correlations between Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) and Modulated PhotoCurrent (MPC) have been made in order to probe and identify the density of state of CdTe. Experiments were undertaken on as-grown and annealed samples. Results allowed complete characterization of the TeCd antisite, a level previously attributed to the Te vacancy by EPR. Four other centers were detected.
