Abstract

We propose a multimodal imaging method by combining continuous-wave fluorescence molecular tomography (FMT) with time-domain near infrared optical tomography (NIROT). Phantom experiments have demonstrated that using the NIROT-derived optical properties improves the FMT reconstruction significantly.
