Abstract

We have achieved continuous path length resolved diffuse correlation spectroscopy in vivo by means of an actively mode-locked Ti:Sapphire laser that allows high coherence pulses, thus enabling adequate signal-to-noise ratio in relatively fast (~1s) temporal resolution.
