Molecular Imaging with Optical Coherence Tomography and its Biomedical Applications

Abstract

We developed a way to turn OCT into a molecular imaging modality through the development of novel nanoparticles. We explored its application in neurosurgery and in visualizing the role of the immune system in tumors.
