Automated data analysis for preclinical imaging of bioluminescent reporter systems

Abstract

An automated and operator-independent data analysis tool has been developed that reconstructs the three-dimensional bioluminescent reporter distribution inside small animals, co-registers it to the animal anatomy, and automatically provides a comprehensive study report.
