Multi-Functional OCT Image Processing for Rodent Eyes

Abstract

We present a pipeline for automated processing of multi-functional OCT raw data enabling visualization and quantification for pre-clinical studies. Threefold contrast images comprising reflectivity, polarization and motion contrast were analyzed.
