Confocal and Transient Absorption UItrasonic Microscopy of Heme Proteins

Abstract

We have recently developed transient absorption for ultrahigh resolution photoacoustic microscopy. We will discuss recent progress incorporating confocal microscopy and imaging of heme proteins which play a vital role in numerous cellular processes.
