Structural and Optical Properties of ZnO Nanoparticles

Abstract

ZnO nanoparticles were prepared by combustion method. X-ray diffractometry and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy showed wurtzite structure. Near band edge transitions were showed in UV–Visible absorption and photoluminescence emission studies.
