Synthesis and Characterization of Kiton Red Doped ZnO Nanorod Arrays for Solar Cell

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Kiton red dye sensitized solar cell(DSSC) using ZnO nanoparticle and nanorods grown on FTO substrate provides a credible alternative concept to present day photovoltic device. Nanoparticles were investigated through SEM, XRD and I-V study.
