Geo-fit approach to the analysis of limb-scanning satellite measurements

Abstract

A new approach is presented for the analysis of limb-scanning atmospheric measurements continuously recorded from satellite. The horizontal variability of the atmosphere is accounted by the simultaneous analysis of observations taken along the whole orbit.
