Abstract

We studied the responses of cerebral hemodynamics and tissue morphology to cortical spreading depolarization, based on the total hemoglobin concentration, tissue oxygen saturation, and light scattering parameter obtained, using RGB-camera-based diffuse reflectance spectroscopic imaging technique.
