Abstract

Optical disturbance caused by living cells leads to the degradation of images inside the cells. To overcome this problem, adaptive optics (AO), the technique to correct the optical disturbance, is now being applied to microscopy. Toward fine imaging inside living plant cells, we analyzed the optical disturbance caused by living plant cells, and develop the AO microscopy that can effectively correct the optical disturbance caused by the plant cells.
