Abstract

In this paper, we present an improved algorithm for simultaneous fluorescence and reflectance imaging with unmixing of fluorescence based on a bilinear mixing model. The proposed method deals with a situation in which both known and unknown fluorescent substances exist in the scene. This will be useful for removal of background fluorescence like autofluorescence. Estimation accuracy was verified by experiments of real hyperspectral images.
